For the protection of our guests we worked out this hygiene guidelines.

Code of Conduct

By taking the right steps we can significant lower the risk of infection.

  • Keep distance to other guests and our staff (at least 1,5 meter)
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and also use disinfectant
  • Wear a mask while indoors

Inside our hotel we ask you to follow these guidelines


The check-in will take place inside our breakfast room. For the check-in only one person is allowed inside these room, beside our staff, and everyone has to where a mask. Other guests for these room have to wait inside the foyer. Guests that booked a different room or do not belong to the same group will be asked to wait outside until the other guests are checked in.


The check-out will take place at the office counter. Note that theres also only one person allowed at the check-out and everyone has to wear a mask.


Instead of the buffet you will be offered a table and we will bring your customized breakfast to you. We also offer to bringt this breakfast directly to your room. More information about the breakfast can be found here.

Privacy Policy

For tracking the infection we are asked to collect personal information of our guests like name, address and a phone number.

Information obligations due to Art. 13 DSGVO in in association with the corona-pandemic.

For your protection and to allow a fast tracking if infection chains we are committed to document your presence at our hotel and some contact information.

We would like to inform you about these privacy policy related information:

1. Processing activity related to the corona pandemic

Following data will be stored: name, telephone number, date and time of visit

4. Reasons for raising this data

  • Protection of our guests and staff by tracking infection chains
  • legal basis Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO bzw. § 6 Abs. 1 DSG-EKD
  • Performin the task of containing the virus §22 Abs. 1 (1) lit. c BDSG
  • Protection of vital interests § 6 Abs. 1 DSG-EKD

5. Receiver of this data. The data will only be stored internal and be given to the health authority on request. The purpose is infection control with all applicable legislation. When giving the data to the health authority the Chief District Administrator will be accountable for further data protection and further processing.

6. Transmission to another country
There will be no transmission from us to another contry, note that this could change by EU-Law

7. Duration of storing this data
The data will be deleted once this pandemic is declared contained by state authorities.

8. Rights of those affected
Due to General data protection regulation you have the following rights: You have the right to be informed what of your personal information has been stored. (Art. 15 DSGVO). If the data stored is incorrect you have the right to have them corrected. (Art. 16 DSGVO). When the legal framework allows us to delete your information you have the right to ask us to delete your data. (Art. 17, 18 und 21 DSGVO). When the data is collected electronic you can ask us to transmit this data to another system (Art. 20 DSGVO).

9. Obligation to provide the data
If you want to use our services, we are committed to collect your information by law. If you do not agree to this we are not allowed to harbor you in our hotel.
